Days 1–4 — Lima & Amazon: Arrive Lima, fly to Puerto Maldonado, 3 days at Tambopata eco-lodge (Monkey Island, Lake Sandoval, canopy walkway, dawn parrot clay lick).
Day 5 — Sacred Valley: Fly to Cusco, acclimatisation, Sacred Valley tour (Pisac and Ollantaytambo).
Days 6–9 — Classic Inca Trail 4 days: Km 82 → Dead Woman's Pass → Wiñay Wayna → Sunrise at Machu Picchu.
Day 10 — Free day in Cusco.
Day 11 — Sun Route to Puno: Scenic bus with stops at Andahuaylillas, Raqchi and Pukara.
Days 12–13 — Lake Titicaca: Uros Floating Islands, Taquile Island, overnight homestay on Amantaní Island.
Day 14 — Free day in Puno.
Day 15 — Departure.
